Hi! I'm visiting from SITS tonight. I'm trying to live right and see what weight that puts me at. It's hard sometimes to do everything, even the fun stuff! I've fallen off the wagon with working out and it's hard to get back on track.

Great post! I'm over here from the SITS #31DBBB boards on blogfrog. I love reading posts like these because they are balanced between exercise/eat right and taking care of yourself emotionally and mentally. Hope you'll have a chance to stop by sometime soon too!

You are so right about feeling guilty. I was a dance teacher before I was a mom. I quit because my son didn't like to dance - he wanted to play baseball (imagine that). Now I have gained 50 pounds, and I never have time to work out! It seems like the more I try the more things like baseball practice, foot ball practice or just family night get in the way!

I'm trying to make more time, but reading your post at least lets me feel like I'm not alone in this guilty feeling!

Great post and blog!

Thanks (PS I'm visiting from SITS)
