Why do you think that diet and exercise does not work for some people? I find that folks will say, “Oh, I tried that, but it didn’t work.” People get frustrated and quit. The reason why diet and exercise does not work for some people is usually that they are not doing it right in the first place.

otherwise one will not achieved their respective weight goals..
If I miss my morning workout, it can often be hard to fit it in during my day. I love getting it over with first thing.
