Why Diet and Exercise Does NOT Work

8 July 2009 2 Comments

Frustrated By Your Diet PlanWhy do you think that diet and exercise does not work for some people? I find that folks will say, “Oh, I tried that, but it didn’t work.” People get frustrated and quit. The reason why diet and exercise does not work for some people is usually that they are not doing it right in the first place.

If you are feeling like your diet and fitness plan are not working for you, consider the following:

  • You may not have a good plan or your diet may not balance with your level of exercise.
  • You might be eating more than you think.
  • You consume more saturated fats.
  • You forgot about portion sizes.
  • You don’t have the proper balance of carbs, proteins and fats.

Keep these things in mind. Team BeachBody has a terrific online personalized diet tool. For only $3 per month you can have a plan completely customized for your needs. Check it out here.

If I miss my morning workout, it can often be hard to fit it in during my day. I love getting it over with first thing.
