		<description>This is great news!  I always thought I should do 3 or even 4 sets.  I never heard of any trainer just recommending one set before.  Are you sure about this?</description>

		<description>I know that after my baby is born I need to get back into working out. I probably should include weight training in my exercise program. But I have been on bed rest during this pregnancy and haven&#039;t been very active. I should probably start slowly and ease into it. What would you recommend?</description>
