I took up weight training fairly late in life and have really changed the way I look. I have burnt off most of the fat and put on some muscle.

However, I am super strict on correct form.
I don&#039;t want to spend time on keeping fit and end up injuring myself.

Decline sit ups and squats, in particular, have to be done correctly or else...
