		<description>Ah, a DVD player is quite necessary. The guide book gives you a lot of great tips and a workout plan to follow, but it does not outline each of the exercises. You&#039;ll need a DVD player. Some portable ones are quite inexpensive. Or perhaps your computer?</description>

		<description>So much helpful fitness information. I ordered the P90X. Sadly I have excuse for why I haven&#039;t done it yet. The main being, I sort of need a DVD player to put them in!  I see the comment before me says there is a book for the p90x. I wasn&#039;t aware of that. But maybe I&#039;ll have to look into it.

		<description>Right now I have my book to follow (day 55 of P90X) and then I log my workouts into WOWY.  But I&#039;m sure it will be useful to actually schedule workouts and keep me on track once I&#039;m not in the structured routine.</description>
