Are you meeting your goals or are you feeling paralyzed by indecision?

Take action, no matter how small, and you get yourself one step closer to the person that you want to be. Let’s share stories that inspire one another. I’d love to hear from you. What keeps you working out? For me, it is the way I feel and the incredible improvement in my energy level. I juggle staying at home with two children ages 3 and 6. I’m sure so many of you do the same or more.

Who can you enlist to help you succeed? Your best friend, your partner, your children? As a personal fitness coach, my motto is, “My goal is to help YOU reach YOURS!” Feel free to stop by and ask any questions at all.

Remember that success is not just about exercise. It is also about sharing your good times and bad. Help inspire others and ask for help when you need it. You will be amazed how support and friendship will help you on your new road to health and fitness.

    Wow, Jenn, you have quite an inspiring site here full of great information! I think what helps me stay motivated to work out is the fact that I can bring my kids to the daycare at the gym when I want to work out. They have fun and I get the time I need away from them to concentrate on working out without any interruptions.

    Excellent topic — one that I think many people struggle with. It’s so easy to find excuses not to exercise. It’s not that I don’t want to exercise, I just have a hard time fitting it into my busy schedule.

    I keep myself motivated by making myself accountable to others. I too have a healthy lifestyles blog and feel accountable not only to myself but to my readers. If I’m not doing it, how can I ask them to?
