Exercise: One Step at a Time

Well, the only way to walk a mile is to take one step at a time. The only way to improve your fitness is the same way. We need to throw away the excuses and get moving. My latest excuse has been lack of time. If I could not devote 45-60 minutes to my workout, I has myself convinced that a shorter session would not be worth it, even though I knew better.
