You just need 2 40 minute sessions a week! Be sure the weights are heavy enough to fatigue your muscles near the end of your repetitions. Make sure to use 5 lbs or more for most exercises.

Have back up plans for all of your workouts. For example, you may plan to workout for an hour after work by doing both cardio and strength training. Then your boss asks you to say late. Your workout time is now limited to 30 minutes. Know ahead of time exactly what workout you’ll do in that shortened time period so that you don’t waste precious workout time or worse decide to forego it all together.

No, I’m not getting surgery. But I am trying a new program featuring Brazilian trainer, Leandro Carvalho. Apparently, he helps get supermodels butt’s in shape, so why not mine. Believe it or not, it’s called Brazil Butt Lift. Yes, it’s true, my booty needs to go. Well, I suppose it has already gone… south that is. I need to get my booty heading back in the right direction. The goal is lifted, tighter and smaller.
