Mamavation Monday – What would I tell my younger self?

For some reason, I got to thinking about my younger self last night. I think it was kicked off by a book I am reading called “Go for No.” It’s about a salesman who meets his older, more successful self and what he learns from that older version of himself. So, it got me thinking about what I would tell my younger self to help make my struggles with weight, body image and more manageable. What might I also learn from her?

Consistent exercise is also really important, especially if you would like to see the shape of your body shift.
