For some reason, I got to thinking about my younger self last night. I think it was kicked off by a book I am reading called “Go for No.” It’s about a salesman who meets his older, more successful self and what he learns from that older version of himself. So, it got me thinking about what I would tell my younger self to help make my struggles with weight, body image and more manageable. What might I also learn from her?

The healthiest way to lose weight and maintain the weight loss is to eat whole foods in their most natural form and keep your blood sugar levels balanced. Consistent exercise is also really important, especially if you would like to see the shape of your body shift. Throw in a detox every now and then, avoid some of the eating pitfalls, and you’ll be on your way.

After plyo yesterday, and a training session with a client, I am certainly feeling it today as well. So, I thought some tips on dealing with muscle soreness would be an appropriate topic for today.
