Did you know that the Mayo Clinic has hundreds of healthy recipes you can check out for free? Not only do they have great recipes, but each include a tip from a dietician about the key ingredients in each recipe, and thorough nutritional information as well. Here is one I found that sounded really yummy. I think I’ll be making it as a side for my dinner tonight.

I have been wanting to highlight a move of the week for sometime now. Ideally, I’ll do this with my own videos and get my Youtube channel up and running, but I’m not quite there yet. So, for now, I’ll feature some great moves (without my videos) and tell you a little bit about why you should do them. This week’s featured move is THE SQUAT.
