Hey Jenn! I have been off caffeine for going on 3 days now. LOL Havent had a “real” Dr. Pepper since Thursday night. I am hoping it not only helps with the arrhythmias I have been having, but also in aiding my weight loss goals. I have had a headache for the past 3 days though, LOL.
This cold, overcast and sometimes rainy weather does not help either!
I am the ultimate procrastinator. I KNOW what I should do, but the problem is getting the energy and motivation to do it. I’ve always heard starting out is the hardest, but once you get into a good routine, exercising becomes more fun and less like a chore. I hope so because some day I plan to start!
