Sorry for being MIA for a few weeks. As some of you know, I have a back injury that is exacerbated by being at the computer. I am trying a standing work space or sitting on an exercise ball to help. Being on prescribed “rest” and meds has me reaching for the wrong foods for comfort and the numbers on the scale are moving in the wrong direction. It’s time for a change and some virtual hugs.
