		<description>Jenn - I fall into this category...don&#039;t want to wake up early, too tired at night, but full well aware that I need to exercise. I have a 15 or so lbs. to lose...
However, I tend to overdo it when I try a new program. For someone going from no exercise at all, to a regualr program, can you suggest the minimum activity that one would need to do to make a difference?</description>
