Lose Weight By Chewing Gum – Try Trident Layers
Perhaps you’ve heard about this latest crazy on The Biggest Loser. They often talk about chewing gum to help squelch hunger cravings. It works for me. In fact, I’m chewing a piece right now.
According to Gil Leveille, executive director of the Wrigley Science Institute, a “global advisory panel of experts” on matters pertaining to gum, chewing the stuff can help dieters in two ways. “Chewing gum can help relieve stress, and mindless munching is often stress related,” he says. The mere act of chewing, he adds, can also curb appetite.

My friends at Trident sent me a few packs to try out. I received both the new flavors. The smell is fantastic. They could practically double as air fresheners.
I give the general taste and aroma a big thumbs up. What I’ve always liked about Trident Gum is the size. Some gums just feel like such mouth full. Trident is a nice bit size for me. The gum is also rather soft right from the first bite so you don’t need to chew it for ages to “break it in.”
Trident Layers comes in a sleek package. If I were in a grocery store waiting in the checkout lane, I’d probably pick this one up over a few others. I really like the extra punch that the middle layer provides.
The only negative issue I have is that the artificial sweetener taste is a bit more apparent in this gum then in others from Trident and other companies.
