I was always a regular at the fitness club until I started my business, www.tail-wags.com. Suddenly it became harder and harder to find the time to work out. My response? I hired a personal trainer twice a week and quit my club membership and it's been the best decision I've made in a long time. First of all, I work out much harder with my trainer than I did by myself at the club so 2 workouts are just as good as 4 visits to the club. Second, it's hard to make excuses re: skipping a workout if you've got an appointment and your money is on the line. Third ... even when I'm tired, my trainer is so motivating that I end up leaving the appointment feeling energized.
I'm here from Blog Frog. Hope you'll visit my blog site at:

I love this idea of listing out the challenges and facing them head on. I am not an exercise lover, but find that if I have a routine it helps. With the kids out of school for the summer, I haven't exercised once. I am looking forward to September!

So very true! I am the QUEEN of procrastination and excuses. I think my most frequent one currently is that I don't have time to work out. But of course when I MAKE the time I feel so much better about myself. I am a new follower from MBC and I would love for you to come visit me sometime at http://www.createyourtraditions.com. :)
