		<description>I like chopping up strawberries and crunching up the low fat choc. chip granola bars (90 calories a bar) and split the granola in two little bowls (1 cup size) and mix with about 1/2 cup of strawberries. Don&#039;t know exact calorie values for Strawberries, but from what I looked up it should be approx. 45 per cup, so that snack comes to just about 70 calories per serving.</description>
