Fitness Tip of the Week – Backup Plans

dumbells-150x150Got this great tip from The Fitness Chearleader’s blog.

Fitness Tip of The Week: Have back up plans for all of your workouts. For example, you may plan to workout for an hour after work by doing both cardio and strength training. Then your boss asks you to say late. Your workout time is now limited to 30 minutes. Know ahead of time exactly what workout you’ll do in that shortened time period so that you don’t waste precious workout time or worse decide to forego it all together.

A back-up plan is definitely needed. I do isometrics when driving and on long trips, too. Happy SITS day and hope your day is filled with happy memories.

Great tips! I’m still having trouble managing my time so I have time to work out.

Gosh, I know how that goes. This week was vacation week for the kids making it super tricky to fit in workout time.
