Some careful planning and a few minutes in the morning can supply you with the weapons you need to battle those pangs. Cut up some veggies, check out our fresh ideas for light snacking, and listen to your stomach. Try to make sure your snacks are well flavored to keep your mouth happy or you’ll be running for that bag of grease in no time!
