About Me

CoachJenn

Greetings! I am Coach Jenn, the Chief Motivational Officer here at PersonalFitCoach.com. I am fun, hard working, compassionate, energetic, positive, and very interested in helping others. I have an understanding that fitness is not all about the superficial but making people healthier, more confident, and positive.

I am a proud mommy to two wonderful children and wife to an amazing husband. I have become a fitness guru of sorts through my personal experiences with weight loss. During my pregnancies, I gained 60 pounds and then 40 pounds. I also battled with post-partum depression and anxiety.

Proper exercise and nutrition truly changed my life. Now, I am proud to say that I am in the best shape of my life. Thrilled by my results, I decided to become a personal fitness coach to help others make their fitness dreams become reality. My true passion is helping other moms learn how to make fitness fun and fit into their busy lifestyles.

Sign up for my free fitness coaching at my Team Beachbody Site. I can help you make your fitness dreams come true!

It is my goal to help my readers make health and wellness a priority. Achieving fitness goals is a very personal experience. I want to provide my readers with the information to help make the choices that will work for them. What kind of education/certifications does one need to become a personal fitness coach? And did you get that education from Beachbody or somewhere else?

I’m wondering because I’m pretty new to the American fitness market, and it’s interesting to learn about other fitness peoples different certifications. I want to get more certifications here and I’m trying to find out which ones are the best.

    Thank you,
    Zandra.
