		<description>I just started being conscience of what I was eating and limiting my intake because I already knew it was far greater than the calories I burned. I&#039;ve increased my veggies, limited everything sugary and I&#039;m trying to keep protein to around 4 ounces. Carbs are where I struggle the most thought. I LOVE bread! So far I&#039;ve dropped about a couple pounds in the last week, but we&#039;ll see how I continue with it.
