How to Use Your Excuses to Exercise

A wise man once said, “You can either have excuses or fitness, but not both”. So which do you choose to have? What would you prefer to have? Personally I would prefer to have fitness, not excuses. But I have many, many excuses for avoiding exercises and eating healthy foods. My biggest problem is getting past those excuses.

I’ve Been Transformed!

So, if you are on the fence about trying P90X, I say go for it. If for any reason you are not thrilled with the program, you can return it for a full refund. I would be so thankful if you would order through me and I’ll be your coach. There are also many other programs to choose from, so browse around and send a friend my link too. Thanks to all of my readers for your great support!

Exercise: One Step at a Time

Well, the only way to walk a mile is to take one step at a time. The only way to improve your fitness is the same way. We need to throw away the excuses and get moving. My latest excuse has been lack of time. If I could not devote 45-60 minutes to my workout, I has myself convinced that a shorter session would not be worth it, even though I knew better.
