Like many Americans, I am a fan of The Biggest Loser Couples. It is heart-warming and motivating to see regular people lose a ton of weight and get fit before our eyes. The drawback was that most of them needed the assistance of celebrity trainers in order to succeed. Well, with this new season, there was a bit of a twist. For each couple that did not lose enough weight, they needed to send someone home.

Guess, what? In this month’s issue of Self Magazine, the health update states that blogging can actually be good for your health. Cool! Another way that I am keeping in shape and I did not even know it. Here are a few of the ways that creating a blog can help you:

Better Sleep
Blogging about your feelings can bring on relaxation, which helps you sleep better. 

Improved Immunity
Expressive writing may encourage growth of white blood cells, which fight off infection.

Here’s the story of Without a Trace’s Poppy Montgomery, as seen in People Magazine. I love it when stars, who can have anything given to them with a phone call, see P90X on TV and buy it for themselves. There’s proof it is the real deal, and that there are no freebies! Everybody has to work for it!
