TGIF! That means it’s time for another featured fitness pro. Today, we are meeting, Frank Pucher. Frank is the owner of an award winning studio “Fitness 121 Personal Training” in Roseland, NJ. Small Changes for Health via MeYouHealth.com

Last week, I was invited to participate in the Daily Challenge on a site called MeYouHealth.com. Each day, MeYouHealth sent me mini-challenges focused on health and wellness. They were always easy to do and often kind of fun too. Before I knew it, the week was over and I really enjoyed making small changes to improve my overall well being.

What Makes You Smile?

I wanted to ponder what makes me smile in general. I suggest that you do the same, just the act of reflecting on positive things that make you smile can lift your entire day. Remember these positive things when you are having a tough time or just in a bad mood. The act of smiling truly does improve your mood. Go on try it… SMILE!
