It felt really nice to have all that spring and cushion under each step. Since I was new to class, and have been off the workout wagon for a week (had food poisoning last weekend), I decided to go for the intermediate level workout.
I am proud to report that I did quite well. The class was about 1/3 running drills, 1/3 weights and 1/3 abs/pushups. There are a variety of different approaches for Boot Camp. Find one near you and give it a try.
