Practically all of my life, I have been a perfectionist. Nothing is ever good enough; I am always striving to do better. Of course, there are both good and bad things about this characteristic. I decided to do a little research about what others think about being perfect as well.

Retro Tuesday – Blast from the Past

Stopped by The Crazy Suburban today and she gave me the idea to go retro for the day. So, I took a look around the web for some retro fitness photos and came up with this one. Can you believe people actually used to dress this way? I was not big into aerobics in the 80’s, but I did where some of these outfits for dance rehearsals. What were we thinking? Getting a Butt Lift from Brazil

No, I’m not getting surgery. But I am trying a new program featuring Brazilian trainer, Leandro Carvalho. Apparently, he helps get supermodels butt’s in shape, so why not mine. Believe it or not, it’s called Brazil Butt Lift. Yes, it’s true, my booty needs to go. Well, I suppose it has already gone… south that is. I need to get my booty heading back in the right direction. The goal is lifted, tighter and smaller.

many more celebrities, Jennie Garth toned up for her comeback role on the new 90210 by working out five days a week with husband actor Peter Facinelli to trainer Tony Horton’s P90X DVDs. “Every day is different,” she says. “One day is really hard yoga. Then arms and shoulders, legs, then karate. His program is made to confuse the muscles so you don’t plateau. I feel better now than I ever have.
