Breaking My Computer Addiction

I realized that in 2009, I spend WAY too much time on my computer. It took away time from my family, fitness and friends. So, for 2010, my goal is to minimize my computer time and computer/online related commitments. How about you? Are you addicted to being online? Try to track the amount of non-work-related time you spend online and you may be surprised at how much time you are looking at this darned screen.
Make a point in 2010 to break away. Focus on fitness, relationships off the computer, family, hobbies. That is my goal. I’d love to hear more about how you are doing. Fill me in.

Those sound like great goals! I think I need to do something similar. Sometimes I find myself on my computer way too much too. On Feb. 8th at 9am PT 12pm ET we will be discussing our New Year’s goals with life coach Leslie Gail on the Healthy Moms network. I hope you can join us!
Thanks for stopping by Cascia. I will check out your chat with Leslie. Sounds great!
