Guess, what? In this month’s issue of Self Magazine, the health update states that blogging can actually be good for your health. Cool! Another way that I am keeping in shape and I did not even know it. Here are a few of the ways that creating a blog can help you:
Better Sleep
Blogging about your feelings can bring on relaxation, which helps you sleep better.
Improved Immunity
Expressive writing may encourage growth of white blood cells, which fight off infection.
A Healthy Heart
Writing about emotional topics may help lower blood pressure and hear rate. This will keep your ticker in better shape.
There are many sites that allow you to create your own blog or even a private journal just to get your feelings out. Give it a try!
