Baby Bump Fitness Review and Giveaway
I’ve had the pleasure of crossing paths around the internet with Canadian Personal Trainer, Jacqueline Gradish for a while now. Her web site, as well as her fitness advice are always outstanding. Her site is called Baby Bump Fitness. The focus is for soon-to-be moms and new moms. Jacqueline provides safe, quick & effective fitness solutions that really work, including workouts, rehab exercises and nutrition tips.
Recently, Jacqueline published two new E-books for sale on her site. They are Pregnancy Fitness Program and Busy Moms Fitness Program. Each E-book sells for $29.99, but three lucky winners will have a chance to win the E-book of their choice. Here is a summary of each E-book in more detail:
Baby Bump Pregnancy Fitness System
A comprehensive strength training program with seven different 10–15 minute routines that are trimester specific. Each routine includes foam rolling, warm up, strength routine focusing on balance/posture/function and core, cool down/pelvic floor and static stretches.
My review: This is certainly something that I wish I had during my two pregnancies. I did some prenatal yoga, but other than that, I felt kind of on my own in terms of pregnancy exercises. Numerous studies show how important it is to keep your body fit and healthy during pregnancy (unless you have limitations according to your doctor). Jacqueline has provided a comprehensive workout for expectant mothers. All of her exercises include easy to follow instructions and photos to help ensure correct form and posture.
Baby Bump Busy Mom Fitness Program
The Baby Bump Busy Mom program was built to focus initially on post-rehabilitative postural exercises, then regaining strength to care for your children, and naturally progressing to fat loss.
My Review: Jacqueline takes moms through those first post-pregnancy weeks to really focusing on getting that pre-pregnancy body back. The six-week program provides slow and steady pacing that is essential to proper progression and injury prevention. Similar to the Pregnancy workout, excellent step-by-step instructions and photos are provided. This is a great workout for travel as well. It’s super easy to just print a copy for your purse or suitcase and your workouts will always be on hand.
In addition to these great E-books, Jacqueline has written some excellent mini-guides that are free when you sign up for her newsletter at Babybumpfitness.com
I highly recommend the Baby Bump E-books as well as Jacquiline’s web site and health and fitness advice. I subscribe to her newsletter myself and stop by for tips often. Even though my children are now 5 and 7, most of her tips are still relevant and helpful.

Good morning! Stopping by from SITS! Now I’m feeling guilty from reading your fit blog and wondering when I’m going to get a workout in today…shoot!
[...] a mother and colleague for a book review recently- here are her thoughts and the link to her site-Coach Jenn. She is doing a Baby Bump giveaway promotion to her readers and if you are quick you have the [...]
I have a 8 month old and still need to get back into shape. I also plan on having more children. This book could really help me stay healthy and feel good through all stages of motherhood.
I just found you through BLOGNTWEET! I love you site! I’m due to deliver in 5 weeks and have set up a blog to track my goals for getting back in shape. I have a workout regimen that I plan on doing once I get strong enough, but this program looks like a great way to lead up to those more intense workouts so I don’t end up injuring myself. I had to quit working out due to complications, I can barely walk through the grocery store without a lot of pain so I am just SO ready to get active again once this little guy comes! I really hope I win this giveaway, it would be a great product to review and share my progress with on my blog. I will be blogging about this review and giveaway for an extra entry! KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED!
The pregnancy fitness book is just what I’ve been looking for! I would love to win. Thanks for the giveaway.
I’m the mom of four wonderful children. Birth doula & wife of CrossFit 66 coach/owner. I am very interested in Jaqueline’s books. Have purchased the Busy Mom & am waiting for the ‘right time’ to purchase the prenatal (not for personal use) but to become aware of the needs & to enlighten others of their options.
I’m headed to become your fan on FB. It’s fun to see what others are doing!
This giveaway would help me because I’m determined not to gain a ridiculous amount of weight this time around.
Shhhh… don’t tell anyone that I’m entering this giveaway because only my hubby knows
We’re waiting until after I run my 1/2 marathon in May to spill the beans.
I’d love this giveaway because I just recently found out I was pregnant again and really want to keep up with my fitness efforts this time around. When I got pregnant the first time I cancelled my gym membership and wouldn’t do anything besides walking the neighbourhood because I was afraid I’d hurt myself or somehow the baby. Now I know that’s not the case, exercise is good while pregnant and I really want to stay healthy and loose the pounds I need to loose after the new baby is here!

It would help for mommy out there who is gaining weight, that includes me… Leave comments… enjoy
I would love to win the Busy Mom Fitness Program. I gained 100 pounds when I was pregnant, and have lost it all, but I was already about 30 pounds overweight to begin with and I am struggling to lose that. Right now I am struggling with doing a lot of exercises because of really bad lower back pain, as well as sleep deprivation, as my son wakes up every 2 hours at night, we’re still trying to figure out why. I am a single mom that really needs a fitness program that is quick and to the point. When I read that the program included postural exercises, thats when I knew it was for me! My abs are also a disaster.
I also subscribed to your blog.
Thanks so much!
with my diabetes under control, i can’t wait to get pregnant and get my fitness on that way! love it. I’ll have to check these out!!
Getting your pre-baby body back is a PROCESS! One that should be taken slowly. It’s great that this program moves at a slow and steady pace. Too much too soon can be harmful both physically and mentally. As an active woman, it was tough starting again and not being able to run (at first) like I did before having my daughter. The best thing to do is to stay positive and take it one day at a time. It is possible to reclaim your body after baby!
Great review! It’s good to know there are programs like this out there.
