		<description>Just wondering, but what&#039;s the purpose of eating whole grains or grains in general? It seems anybody could get all the fiber they want from fruits or veggies alone, plus there&#039;s tons of vitamins and nutrients not found in grains. So, why are grains be touted as what people should eat the most of? I&#039;ve always been confused about that.</description>
